- Organize a Friends of Music organization which could donate money to cover expenses of hiring instrumentalists for special programs. Providing needed funds for special projects frees the minister of music from having to take time to solicit contributions or juggle the budget. Be sure these “friends” receive appropriate, however private, thanks and appreciation.
