5 Important Things I Learned from 25+ Years as a Music Publisher

by vernsanders on November 23, 2010

Every month I write an article for Monday Morning Email (which you should subscribe to if you are reading this and you are interested in leadership development…). The latest one concerns some important things I’ve learned from being a music publisher. You can get all the details here, but here are the 5 things:

  • It is the Best of Times, It is the Worst of Times
  • Listen and Learn
  • People are Any Organization’s Best Asset
  • No Matter How Good Whatever You are Doing Is, Unless You Communicate What You Are Trying to Do, Nobody Will Know
  • Leverage Allows You to Do the Best You Can with What You Have to Work With

You may not agree, but I think these things are important. Please leave a comment and let me know what you think. I’d love to hear what you’ve learned…
