Every Wednesday is tip day. Each week’s tip may be about a different topic, but one of the recurring topics is 101 Great Choir Ideas. Here’s this week’s tip.
- Plan your choir retreat in conjunction with that of another church’s. Share costs of lodge rental, dining halls, etc. Rehearse separately, except for one or two festival pieces, planned for a special occasion. Bring in a choral clinician to visit each choir for one or two rehearsals; share the cost. During free time, compete in a softball or tug-of-war. Make memories!
